Proposed FAR Increase for 1751, 1757 & 1775 Collins Avenue

The City of Miami Beach invites you to attend a virtual community meeting to discuss the proposed .5 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) increase for the 1751, 1757 &1775 Collins Avenue development.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable FAR, as part of a broader set of incentives designed to support and encourage responsible development in the area.
