Proposed FAR Increase for 1775 Collins Ave

The City of Miami Beach invites you to attend a virtual community meeting to discuss the proposed FAR increase for the 1775 Collins Ave development.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of a broader set of incentives designed to support and encourage responsible development in the area.
