The Murph Challenge

This Memorial Day weekend, the City of Miami Beach along with the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion – Miami and Yellow Falcon Cross-Fit present the Murph Challenge. Join Commissioner David Suarez and other competitors who will challenge themselves and honor the fallen.
The free fitness competition consists of the standard “Murph” workout – two 1-mile runs, 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 air squats – and the goal is to complete all events in the fastest time possible.

Lummus Park (Ocean Drive between 11-12 streets)
Leading up to the event, check out the U.S. Army Humvee back at Muscle Beach on Thursday, May 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
