Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet until 3:00 PM on May 25, 2026.  The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to select a qualified firm(s), by means of sealed bids, to establish a new contract for bus transportation services on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in Appendix B of this solicitation.
