Pre-proposal Meeting – RFQ 2026-328-DF – Constructability Review Services

The successful proposer(s) will be required to provide the City with constructability reviews, value engineering analysis to identify potential cost savings, technical specification reviews (project specifications for conformance with contract drawings, constructability, compliance with City Standards, and any potential conflicts), identify alternate construction means and methods, establish accurate project scheduling, and establishing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) guidelines. The QA/QC guidelines would be unique for each specific project. The successful proposers will meet with the design team and the City during the development of a project and participate in the review of bids or proposals as needed.
