Virtual Community Meeting: Alton City Overlay

The City of Miami Beach is hosting a second virtual community meeting and workshop to discuss the Alton City Center Overlay.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of potential incentives to support and encourage mixed-use development in the area.
