Virtual Community Meeting: Urban Core Residential Incentives

The City of Miami Beach is hosting a second virtual community meeting and workshop to discuss the Urban Core Residential Incentives for Drexel Ave and Washington Ave between 16 Street and Lincoln Road.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of potential incentives to support and encourage residential development in the area.
