Second Virtual Community Meeting for the Proposed FAR Increase for 1751, 1757 & 1775 Collins Avenue

The City of Miami Beach invites you to attend the second virtual community meeting to discuss the proposed .5 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) increase for the 1751, 1757 & 1775 Collins Avenue development.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable FAR, as part of a broader set of incentives designed to support and encourage responsible development in the area.
