A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for May 8, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m.  Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFP.
