A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 9:00 am. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB.
