Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on November 9, 2026.  This RFQ seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to enter into agreement(s) with for consulting and lobbying services on the City’s behalf.

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

Any prospective Bidder who has received this RFQ by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this RFQ. Failure to receive an addendum may result in the disqualification of the submitted proposal.
