Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on June 8, 2026. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms for healthcare benefit consulting services, actuarial and financial reporting services to assist the Administration with the employee benefits program offered.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for May 8, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
