SEWER AND STORMWATER ASSESSMENT, TRENCHLESS REHABILITATION, AND POINT REPAIRS

Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 p.m. ET on September 8, 2026. The purpose of this solicitation is to seek proposals from qualified firm(s) that can supply advanced and proven solutions and extensive experience in rehabilitating manholes, structures and gravity mains.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, @ 9:00 A.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Meeting must follow these steps:
