NORTH BEACH ENTRANCE SIGNS 

Miami Beach, Florida

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on September 24, 2026, electronically only, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).

By means of this ITB, the City the City is seeking the professional services of experienced and qualified firms to perform work on two North Beach entrance signs.

A site visit is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, commencing @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: 2057 71st Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139 and Harding Avenue and 87th Street. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, @ 3:00 P.M. ET. Attendance to the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.

Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
