Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2026-478-JP, Flamingo Park Baseball Field Facilities Renovation

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on September 21, 2026, electronically only, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).

By means of this ITB, the City is seeking the professional services of an experienced and qualified firm to provide baseball field facilities renovation services.

A site visit is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: Flamingo Park Baseball Field 1435 Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, @ 3:00 P.M. ET. Attendance to the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.
