PHASE 3 LINCOLN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS: LINCOLN ROAD PEDESTRIAN MALL

Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 p.m. ET on September 8, 2026. By means of this ITB, the City seeks Proposals from construction firms to provide construction services for the Phase 3 Lincoln Road Improvements: Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall Project.

A site visit is scheduled to be held for Thursday, August 6, 2026, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: 1701 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Meeting must follow these steps:
