Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2026-350-JP, Liberty Avenue North Improvements

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on August 21, 2026, electronically only, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).

By means of this ITB, the City is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide professional services for the Liberty Avenue North Improvements project.

A site visit is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: Liberty Avenue North of 23rd Street (Public Right-of-Way), Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, @ 3:00 pm. Attendance to the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.
