Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2026-298-MP Dade Boulevard Pathway Improvements

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on June 29, 2026, electronically only, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).

By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s) to provide improvements of the pedestrian pathway along the south side of Dade Boulevard, from Alton Road to Convention Center Drive. The work follows the existing sidewalk alignment and includes upgrades at the associated street crossings.

A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, commencing @ 10:00 A.M. ET, and we will meet at the following location: Holocaust Memorial, Intersection of Meridian and Dade Boulevard, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for May 28, 2026, @ 2:00 pm. Attendance to the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.
