Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on September 25, 2026.  This ITB seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified transportation service provider to provide shuttle services on an as needed basis during Art Week.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 9:00 am. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Meeting must follow these steps:
