Pre-Bid Conference – ITB 2026-408-MP Normandy Isle Traffic Calming Project

Sealed proposals will be received electronically only until 3:00 pm on October 6, 2026, through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).

 By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s) to provide traffic calming for the Normandy Isle Neighborhood. The proposed improvements include:

• Addition of traffic circles at three (3) intersections
• Narrowing of four (4) road segments
• Narrowing of one (1) intersection
• Installation of two (2) speed tables, three (3) speed cushions, and seven (7) speed humps
• Changes to signage and pavement markings

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2026, at 11:00 am. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and is recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
