North Beach Residential Incentives

The City of Miami Beach invites you to attend the rescheduled virtual community meeting and workshop to discuss the proposed North Beach residential incentives for the properties located on the east side of Collins Ave between 63 Street and 6799 Collins Ave.

Please note that the original meeting, previously scheduled for Thursday, June 18, has been rescheduled and will now take place on Tuesday, July 14.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of a broader set of incentives designed to support and encourage responsible development in the North Beach area.
