A site visit is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, commencing @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: 75th Street and Dickens Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
