A site visit is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: Flamingo Park Baseball Field 1435 Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, @ 3:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
