Bayshore Park Sculpture Unveiling

Join the City of Miami Beach for the unveiling of BirdHouse, a new public art installation by Miami Beach–born artist Michele Oka Doner. Selected through the Art in Public Places Committee’s competitive process, this sculpture embodies the city’s ongoing commitment to fostering creativity, celebrating community and enriching our shared public spaces.

The event will feature poetry readings by students from O, Miami’s Sunroom program and the ceremonial sounds of a Caribbean conch shell, celebrating the park as one of Miami Beach’s most tranquil green spaces.

Parking is available at Miami Beach Senior High School (2231 Prairie Ave), with free shuttles running to Bayshore Park for the unveiling.
