The Miami Beach Resident Sustainability Committee will hold a virtual public meeting on Thursday, June 25, at 3 p.m. The committee provides recommendations on community-wide sustainability. Flip the Switch: Sea Turtle Beach Cleanup

Participants will enjoy a guided beach cleanup and learn about marine debris, how it affects local sea turtle nesting and best practices for coastal conservation. Following the beach cleanup, volunteers are invited to a Happy Hour event with educational materials about sea turtles.
