West Lincoln Road Non-Transient Residential Use Incentive Virtual Community Meeting

The City of Miami Beach is hosting a virtual community meeting to discuss proposed Non-Transient Residential Use Incentives for the Lincoln Road area between Alton Road and Drexel Avenue.

The meeting will focus on proposed amendments to the City Code and Comprehensive Plan, including an increase in maximum allowable floor area (FAR), as part of potential incentives to support and encourage non-transient residential uses in the area.
