Voluntary Site Visit – RFP 2025-289-DF – Managed Print Services

VOLUNTARY SITE VISIT. Please be advised that a voluntary site visit for a few key facilities will be conducted on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. The site visit will commence at 9:00 am. No reservations or attendance confirmation will be required.

  The following three (3) facilities will be visited during the site visit:

1. City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139
2. City Hall Garage (G7) Offices, 1755 Meridian Avenue Miami Beach, Florida 33139
3. 1701 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33139

The site visit will begin at Miami Beach City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Please assemble in the 1^st floor breezeway, outside the main entrance. The site visit will end at the conclusion of the visit to all three (3) locations.  NO ADDITIONAL SITE VISITS ARE SCHEDULED AT THIS TIME.
