Sunshine Meeting – Hosted by Commissioner Alex Fernandez to discuss the Live Better proposal

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Commissioner Alex Fernandez will host a Sunshine Meeting on April 13, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. to discuss the Live Better proposal, sponsored by Commissioner Fernandez to provide targeted zoning and other incentives to promote attainable housing for middle-income individuals and families. The Mayor, members of the City Commission, and/or any combination thereof may be in attendance to discuss matters that may come before the City Commission. No formal action will be taken at this meeting. The meeting will take place at Miami Beach City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, 4th Floor, Mayor and Commission’s Office Conference Room, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.
