Collins Park and Normandy Fountain. Enjoy great JAZZ at these FREE community events. Brought to you by local non-profit Power Access, the South Beach Jazz Festival Summer Series promotes the organization’s mission of Awareness, Accessibility, Opportunity and Inclusion in the Arts for people of all abilities. This series of FREE cultural programming is made possible through sponsorship from the Miami Beach OnStage! program, the Lincoln Road BID and partnership with The Bass, Normandy Fountain and Collins Park.
