FLAMINGO PARK BASEBALL FIELD FACILITIES RENOVATION

Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 p.m. ET on April 27, 2026. By means of this ITB, the City seeks Proposals from construction firms to provide construction services for the Flamingo Park Baseball Field Facilities Renovation Project.

A site visit is scheduled to be held for Thursday, March 26, 2026, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following location: 1435 Michigan Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026, @ 3:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information, but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the proposal submitted.
