REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. 2026-002-JP

ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND PARTS

Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 p.m. ET on April 13, 2026. By means of this RFP, the City seeks proposals from qualified elevator maintenance firms to establish service maintenance contract(s) to therein provide the City with various routine maintenance services, and repairs not covered by maintenance, to the City’s fleet of elevators. This contract will not include the modernization of elevators.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2026, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFP. Any prospective Bidder who has received this RFP by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this RFP. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the proposal submitted.
