Proposal Due Date RFQ 2026-008-WG Holiday Lighting

Statements of Qualifications will be received until 3:00 pm on April 10, 2026, electronically only, through (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/).  In anticipation of the expiration of the City’s current contract for holiday lighting services, the City is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) for a comprehensive, turn-key approach to seasonal design, furnish, install & remove, maintain, and store holiday lighting and decorations, in an effort to accentuate the City’s major thoroughfares. Additionally, the City may require rental services be provided for any additional or replacement lighting, decorations, displays, additional locations or improvements to existing thoroughfares.

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held on March 13, 2026, at 10:00 am. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
