REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. 2026-002-JP

ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND PARTS

Miami Beach, Florida

 Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on April 13, 2026. This RFP seeks proposals from qualified elevator maintenance firms to establish service maintenance contract(s) to therein provide the City with various routine maintenance services, and repairs not covered by maintenance, to the City’s fleet of elevators. This contract will not include the modernization of elevators.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2026, @ 2:00 p.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
