Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm ET on June 02, 2025, electronically only, through Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide water main replacement services, as specified in the ITB.
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET. Attendance for the pre-bid conference shall be via web conference or telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the pre-bid conference must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
