Miami Takeover: Art of Go-Go Culture Fest

The Miami Takeover’s Art of Go-Go Culture Fest will celebrate 50 years of go-go music on Saturday, July 26th, from 5 PM to 10 PM, at the iconic Miami Beach Bandshell. This rain-or-shine event will feature live performances by Black Passion Band, Top5 Band, and the Legendary Junkyard Band, alongside visual art by Marcus Blake, Rod Royal, and Demont Pinder. Attendees will immerse themselves in a fusion of music, dance, culture, and interactive art, exploring the 50-year evolution of Washington, D.C.’s official musical soundtrack and Go-Go-inspired art from DMV and Miami artists, promising an unforgettable nightlife musical event at this prominent venue.
