ITB 2025-498-MP for Potable Water Storage Tank Dry Cleaning and Inspection Services

Sealed proposals will be received electronically only through Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) until 3:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025. By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced, qualified firm(s) to provide one-time dry cleaning and inspection services for all four potable water storage tanks in accordance with FDEP requirements. The estimated budget for these services is $110,000.00.

A site visit is scheduled for September 18, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the following locations. Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
