Commissioner Alex J. Fernandez, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Micky Steinberg, LIGA Contra El Cancer and H3: Health. Hope. Healing are bringing a mobile mammogram bus to Miami Beach to offer free mammograms for low-income women ages 40-60 with no implants and no health insurance.
