The City of Miami Beach is accepting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services in various professional categories on an “as-needed basis. It is the intent of the Administration to use the RFQ process to select firms who are qualified (as determined by the City) to provide services in each of the categories of professional specialization. When professional services are required, a proposed project will be analyzed in terms of the predominant professional specialty required, and a firm will be selected from the appropriate specialization list. Responses to the RFQ are not to include scope. When a project is identified, the City and the selected consultant will negotiate scope and cost.
