Please be advised that an Evaluation Committee will convene on, April 6, 2026, to score and rank qualifications for Architectural Design Services for the Byron Carlyle Cultural Center with Workforce Housing. This is a public meeting, except for portions of the meeting where each individual firm will conduct their presentation.

This Evaluation Committee meeting is being conducted in a completely virtual process. All participating firms, evaluation committee members and members of the public will be provided the same Microsoft Teams link/phone number with access code for the sections of the meeting that are “Open to the Public”. Those being the Introductions, Background and Cone of Silence section and after vendor presentations, the Deliberations and Ranking section.
