REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST (RFLI) No. 2026-091-ND

INCLUDING FIRE STATION 1 IN A DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

 Electronic responses to the RFLI are to be submitted via email until 3:00 pm on December 2, 2025.  By means of this RFLI, the City is seeking letters of interest from property owners interested in partnering with the City and including a Fire Station as a part of their development projects. The City needs to replace the existing Fire Station 1, which is located at 1051 Jefferson Avenue, and serves the areas south of 15^th Street, including Star Island, Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, MacArthur Causeway up to Watson Island, and Terminal Island.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFLI. Any prospective property owner who has received this RLI by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this RFLI. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the letter submitted.
