VESSEL REMOVAL, TOWING, IMPOUNDMENT, AND DISPOSAL

 Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet until 3:00 PM on August 15, 2025.  The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from marine salvage contractors who wish to participate in a prequalification pool that will be used to solicit the removal, towing, impoundment, and disposal of vessels from public waters, on an “as needed” basis as specified herein.

The City utilizes Bidnet Direct (Government Bids Opportunities and RFP | BidNet Direct) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Bidnet Direct must register immediately with Bidnet Direct to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
