DESCRIPTION:The successful proposer(s) will be required to provide the City with constructability reviews\, value engineering analysis to identify potential cost savings\, technical specification reviews (project specifications for conformance with contract drawings\, constructability\, compliance with City Standards\, and any potential conflicts)\, identify alternate construction means and methods\, establish accurate project scheduling\, and establishing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) guidelines. The QA/QC guidelines would be unique for each specific project.
