DESCRIPTION:This Memorial Day weekend\, the City of Miami Beach along with the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion – Miami and Yellow Falcon Cross-Fit present the Murph Challenge. Join Commissioner David Suarez and other competitors who will challenge themselves and honor the fallen.\n\n\n\nThe free fitness competition consists of the standard “Murph” workout – two 1-mile runs\, 100 pullups\, 200 pushups and 300 air squats – and the goal is to complete all events in the fastest time possible.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, May 23\n7 AM – 8:30 AM\nLummus Park (Ocean Drive between 11-12 streets)\n\n\n\nLeading up to the event\, check out the U.S. Army Humvee back at Muscle Beach on Thursday\, May 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n\n\n\nAdvance registration is required to participate in the Murph Challenge.
