This Memorial Day weekend, the City of Miami Beach along with the U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion – Miami and Yellow Falcon Cross-Fit present the Murph Challenge. Join Commissioner David Suarez and other competitors who will challenge themselves and honor the fallen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The free fitness competition consists of the standard \u201cMurph\u201d workout \u2013 two 1-mile runs, 100 pullups, 200 pushups and 300 air squats \u2013 and the goal is to complete all events in the fastest time possible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
