ET at the following location: Flamingo Park Baseball Field 1435 Michigan Avenue\, Miami Beach\, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended. \nA Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday\, August 18\, 2026\, @ 3:00 P.M. ET. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps: \n(1) Dial the TELEPHONE NUMBER: +1 786-636-1480 (Toll-free North America) \n(2) Enter the MEETING NUMBER 780 736 537# \nThe City utilizes Bidnet Direct (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment\, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB.
