DESCRIPTION:The City of Miami Beach is hosting the Florida Condominium Ombudsman and representatives from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)\, Division of Condominiums. This is an opportunity to speak directly with State officials about condominium questions or concerns\, either virtually or in person. \nExamples of areas where they can assist include: \n\nOfficial Records: Help with accessing association records\nElections and Voting: Guidance on election procedures\, recalls\, and voting disputes\nFinancial and Meeting Issues: Questions about meeting notices\, voting requirements\, and board procedures\nDispute Resolution: Information about mediation and arbitration options available through the State\n\nRequest a virtual appointment: tinyurl.com/condoappt \nIn-person appointments are available twice per month. \nApril in-person dates: \nThursday\, April 9 & Thursday\, April 23 \n10 AM – 2 PM \nMiami Beach City Hall \n1700 Convention Center Drive \nAppointments are required.
