Statements of Qualifications will be received until 3:00 pm on September 17, 2025, electronically only, through (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/). The City through this RFQ, seeks to create a pool of qualified firms that can expeditiously provide the City with traffic engineering consulting services when the need arises. The RFQ is issued pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, which allows continuing contracts to pools of firms for future work providing that the assigned projects are for design services for projects less than $7.5 million or for studies less than $500,000, or as amended.
