REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) No. 2026-174-WG ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) PLATFORM FOR PERMIT AND PLAN REVIEW-Preproposal Conference

Through this Request for Qualifications process, the City of Miami Beach seeks to identify qualified providers capable of delivering a production-ready, self-service Citizen Portal and Automated Permit Completeness Check solution. The initial focus is to implement supporting Commercial Interior renovation projects, with the objective of improving submission completeness, minimize review cycles, and accelerating the overall permitting process while maintaining regulatory integrity and City oversight.

Proposing firm(s) will be required to demonstrate or provide access to a working solution for City evaluation, as further described in this solicitation.

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 am. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
