Connect One-on-One with State Condominium Representatives

The City of Miami Beach is hosting the Florida Condominium Ombudsman and representatives from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Condominiums. This is an opportunity to speak directly with State officials about condominium questions or concerns, either virtually or in person.

Examples of areas where they can assist include:

• Official Records: Help with accessing association records
• Elections and Voting: Guidance on election procedures, recalls, and voting disputes
• Financial and Meeting Issues: Questions about meeting notices, voting requirements, and board procedures
• Dispute Resolution: Information about mediation and arbitration options available through the State
