DESCRIPTION:Paws in the Park at Miami Beach\nSunday\, April 26\, 5 PM | Presented by City of Miami Beach OnStage! and O\, Miami \nDog lovers of all ages are invited to a playful\, pet-centered celebration at Altos Del Mar Park featuring performances\, poetry\, dog adoptions by Miam-Dade Animal Services\, live art\, zine making table\, and a special outdoor screening of Best in Show presented in collaboration with the Miami Film Festival. \n5-8 PM Canine Carnival \n8 PM- Film screening of Best in Show presented by the Miami Film Festival \nPresented by City of Miami Beach\, OnStage! features live performances and temporary art installations featured in Miami Beach parks and public spaces throughout the city. Onstage! culturally diverse programming includes music\, movies\, dance and more. \nO\, Miami celebrates South Florida through the empathy-building power of poetry. We educate and engage communities using a process called Civic Publishing—providing resources for people to identify and express themselves through poetry\, and publishing that poetry in public spaces and books. Our work invests in collaborative narratives of place\, to create a more equitable future.
